Aviation Operations Manager

About the Role

An established leader in aviation fuel infrastructure and logistics, Exolum is expanding its Global Midstream Aviation division. They seek an Aviation Operations Manager based in Dublin or flexibly within the UK to spearhead the commissioning, operational readiness, and transition phases of major aviation infrastructure projects. This role sits at the critical intersection where projects shift from development to live operational assets at various airport environments.

Key Duties

• Lead commissioning efforts, operational readiness planning, and mobilization activities to ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project delivery, and airport operations teams to guarantee facilities meet compliance and are fully operational by day one.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years' direct experience in aviation operations, airport fuel operations, or related infrastructure sectors.
• Proven capability in managing commissioning, startup, mobilization, or project transitions.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation fuel operations with a strong focus on operational readiness.
• Qualifications such as JIG Inspector certification or equivalent industry credentials.
• Flexibility to travel when required.
