The business is expanding quickly across the region and is seeking driven professionals who are enthusiastic about cars, understand the market well, and can make sound purchasing decisions.
Role Overview
The company is hiring an Automotive Procurement Specialist to identify strong vehicle-buying opportunities, secure high-quality inventory, and make sure every vehicle purchased aligns with Carly’s standards for quality and pricing.
This role involves close coordination with dealers, private sellers, inspection specialists, pricing teams, and operations to help create an inventory customers can rely on.
Key Responsibilities
- Find vehicle sourcing opportunities through dealers, auctions, direct sellers, referrals, and partner channels.
- Negotiate purchase pricing and business terms that are commercially attractive.
- Assess vehicle condition, ownership history, and competitiveness in the market.
- Review market movements and pricing data to spot profitable acquisition options.
- Arrange inspections and handle the required paperwork and documentation.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with dealers and suppliers.
- Work toward procurement goals while protecting inventory quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Inspection teams.
Requirements
- At least 2–5+ years of experience in automotive procurement or vehicle purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian automotive market.
- Proven negotiation ability.
- Capability to assess vehicle value and pricing against the market.
- Exposure to automotive marketplaces and dealer networks.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
