Position Overview
The company is seeking a proficient AutoCAD Design Engineer with 1 to 4 years of mechanical design experience. The role demands expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks to generate precise 2D drawings as well as 3D models of mechanical parts, assemblies, and industrial machinery. Strong drafting capabilities, precision, and close collaboration with production and engineering teams are essential.
Primary Duties
- Produce precise 2D AutoCAD drawings.
- Create 3D models and assemblies utilizing SolidWorks.
- Develop fabrication, manufacturing, and assembly blueprints.
- Revise and update engineering drawings based on project needs.
- Ensure designs meet engineering standards and client requirements.
- Contribute to design enhancements and product development efforts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
- Sound understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings.
- Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Between 1 and 4 years of experience in mechanical drafting and design.
