Associate Vice President - Product Management

Role Summary

As the Associate Vice President of Product Management at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., you will spearhead the formulation and execution of product strategies aimed at accelerating company growth. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure the successful rollout of new offerings while continuously monitoring market shifts and client requirements to seek innovation opportunities. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through to retirement, while leading and inspiring a team of product managers to meet key organizational goals. Building and nurturing strong partnerships with stakeholders will be essential to guarantee the success of product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies for product management that bolster business expansion.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to introduce new products and service lines.
• Evaluate industry trends and customer insights to uncover opportunities for product innovation.
• Oversee product lifecycle management from conception to discontinuation.
• Direct and energize a team of product managers to accomplish business targets.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective launching of products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable background in product management within CRM, IT Enabled Services, or BPO sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare management services and their relevant applications.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Competence in analyzing complex datasets to guide strategic decisions.
• Experience using agile frameworks and project management software.
• Keen problem-solving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
