Job Summary

The Associate Recruitment Consultant role offers direct mentoring and support from your manager and an experienced mentor. This role encourages collaboration with both local teams and colleagues across regional markets. Candidates with internship experience in recruitment agencies, in-house HR, or research backgrounds, as well as those seeking an industry shift or a meaningful impact within their network, are welcome to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leverage internal databases and external sources to assist in identifying and selecting talents within targeted functions or industries.
  • Evaluate and screen promising candidates based on job requirements, organizational culture, and personality compatibility.
  • Build and sustain trusted client relationships through insightful industry and employment market knowledge gathered from company resources or independent research.
  • Support interview scheduling, manage expectations, and conduct reference verifications.
  • Stay updated on market and sector trends to enhance client service and talent development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, auditing, or other backgrounds with a strong interest in pursuing a rewarding sales career.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, lead initiatives, and maintain a results-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and capability in business development activities.
