Associate Manager - Corporate Salary Acquisition

About the Role

This position involves direct interaction with customers and focuses on acquiring corporate salary accounts within an assigned geographic area. The incumbent will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's products, providing high-quality customer service, and serving as a liaison between clients and the bank. Supporting the Sales Manager, this role includes catchment mapping, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying new business opportunities to foster relationship growth and maximize client value aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate salary account customers within the defined segment and generate references within the targeted catchment.
• Ensure that acquired accounts are of high quality, considering constitution, segment, and product mix.
• Register, activate, and fund accounts within three months of opening.
• Engage customers by enrolling them in additional products such as mobile and net banking, and activating RD/FD services at account opening.
• Surpass monthly targets for new customer acquisition by assessing their transactional banking requirements.
• Support Sales Manager in catchment area analysis and market mapping exercises.
• Provide timely feedback on customer needs and potential opportunities to the Sales Manager.
• Comply thoroughly with selling procedures, account opening documentation, and KYC regulations.
• Adhere strictly to internal policies and external compliance standards to ensure quality sourcing.
• Create customer wish lists via promotional activities and generate leads for family accounts and cross-selling additional products.
• Proactively resolve customer inquiries and issues to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation required in any discipline including Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
• Relevant work experience ranging from zero to two years.
