About the role
This position is for a helpdesk coordinator to support a foundation team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should be caring, well-organized, and genuinely interested in animal welfare.
What you'll do
- Receive and respond to calls and messages about animal-related concerns.
- Work with NGOs, hospitals, and paravets to coordinate support.
- Track cases carefully, follow up on pending items, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in onboarding partner NGOs and hospitals.

Requirements
- A graduate degree is preferred, especially in animal science, social work, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in helpdesk or customer service is preferred; experience with NGOs will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are required.

Compensation
The annual package offered for this role is INR 2,00,000 to INR 2,40,000.
