About the Role
Join UniAcco as an Associate Graphic Designer in Mumbai, where you will create diverse creative assets supporting digital and print platforms within the EdTech domain. You will contribute to developing marketing campaigns, website visuals, event branding, presentations, and more, utilizing both traditional design software and modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, websites, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and materials for Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Create presentation decks, sales materials, and pitch documents.
- Design banners, landing page graphics, and UI components for websites.
- Produce LinkedIn carousel posts, custom templates, and thought leadership content.
- Design branding for events, print materials, and experiential marketing projects.
- Create email marketing creatives compatible with platforms like MoEngage.
- Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to drive creative outputs that convert effectively.
- Utilize AI-driven tools including Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic, and ChatGPT to enhance creativity and streamline content production.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with agency exposure.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong expertise in typography, layout design, composition, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Keen sense for color usage, imagery, and storytelling through visuals.
- Ability to adhere to and develop branding systems.
- Sound knowledge of digital and print production processes.
- Up-to-date with current design trends, especially within digital-first and educational technology brands.
- Competent in interpreting briefs, exploring diverse creative directions, clearly communicating design rationale, and iterating based on feedback.
- Experience with Figma, motion design, and AI-powered creative workflows is a plus.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of professional experience and must be based in Mumbai to qualify.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging between ₹400,000 and ₹500,000.
