Role Overview
The Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager (FDPM) in the AI Agents team plays a critical role in designing, launching, and refining AI Agent solutions that revolutionize client operations and enhance customer satisfaction. This position blends product strategy, prompt engineering, data analytics, and project leadership with strategic enterprise clientele, including Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AI Agent implementations throughout the client journey from pre-sales stages to post-launch refinement.
- Develop AI strategy roadmaps for executive stakeholders utilizing quantitative data and qualitative insights, incorporating automated conversational analysis tools alongside traditional methods.
- Conduct iterative prompt and context engineering to align AI Agent functions with client goals and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with Forward-Deployed Engineers to design and lead evaluation frameworks and A/B testing leveraging Cresta’s internal agent development tools.
- Enhance development and deployment playbooks for improved AI Agent solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in roles such as Product Management, Consulting, Implementation, Sales Engineering, Revenue Analysis, Investment Banking, or Entrepreneurship.

- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid adaptability in startup environments.
- Willingness to undertake travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or client exposure in travel, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, or financial sectors.
- Background in fast-growing startups or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or large language model (LLM) products.
- Technical aptitude and systems thinking skills, including prior involvement in building Agent technologies (conversational or otherwise).

Compensation Details
Cresta offers competitive, location-adjusted salaries reflecting individual qualifications and market standards, supplemented by equity and extensive benefits. The anticipated total on-target earnings range between $130,000 and $170,000 annually.
