Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to drive high-quality, profitable creative production while overseeing daily operations across accounts. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this role guides a team of Producers and Project Managers, managing processes, productivity, and profitability. The position demands independent leadership on flagship accounts and contributions to company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production and project oversight on key accounts, including budgeting, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate communications and requirements with clients directly or via client servicing teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee vendor management processes and necessary approvals.
  • Lead and mentor the US project management and video production teams to uphold process and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics related to project delivery, resource allocation, and team performance.
  • Promote best practices in resource management, project delivery, budgeting, and contracts.
  • Suggest strategies to enhance operational efficiency and help define new processes as needed.
  • Support and sometimes lead pitches and requests for proposals (RFPs).

Experience and Skills Required

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in post-production or project management within production houses or agencies.
  • Proven ability managing full project lifecycles for multifunctional campaigns and projects.
  • Strong understanding of design, motion graphics, and post-production processes including editing, visual effects, and sound.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in addressing challenges.
  • Experience managing teams and planning resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with agency or production house environments; social media experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with project and resource management tools such as Airtable.
  • Technical knowledge of production software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Bonus: experience with shoot production or 3D production.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, within any US time zone.

Location and Eligibility

This role is fully remote but restricted to candidates residing in the United States with legal authorization to work domestically. International remote work is not permitted due to payroll and compliance reasons.
