Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Program/Engagement Lead to spearhead a major enterprise analytics transformation focused on modernizing Plant Performance Reporting across manufacturing operations in the Americas. This initiative includes productionizing an existing reporting system, expanding standardized reporting globally, establishing a scalable Snowflake data infrastructure, and delivering executive Power BI dashboards to empower data-based operational and financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete delivery lifecycle of the Plant Performance Reporting transformation program.
- Act as the chief liaison for executive business stakeholders, program sponsors, and IT leaders.
- Lead program governance: organize steering committee meetings, executive reviews, risk management, and delivery planning.
- Create and oversee integrated project plans encompassing data engineering, reporting, validation, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Coordinate rollout activities across multiple manufacturing plants managing dependencies from data readiness, business priorities, and technology delivery.
- Ensure alignment among Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing, Plant Controllers, Regional Leadership, and Enterprise IT stakeholders.
- Oversee the transition of the existing reporting framework into an enterprise-level Power BI platform.
- Implement standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance across plants, teams, and regional leadership.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to prioritize data quality, Snowflake integration, and reporting preparedness.
- Manage business validation, user acceptance testing, production rollout, and support (hypercare) phases.
- Track program timelines, risks, budget, interdependencies, and critical executive actions.
- Ensure effective communication between onshore client teams and offshore delivery teams.
- Promote adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational change management.
- Identify improvement opportunities in delivery processes, reporting maturity, and future analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience leading extensive Data & Analytics or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise programs involving cross-functional business and IT teams.
- Deep experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Finance, or Plant Performance Management projects.
- Skilled in managing global delivery teams, including distributed onshore and offshore execution models.
- Strong knowledge of BI and analytics deployments using Power BI, Snowflake, cloud data platforms, and modern data architectures.
- Experience with data integration, reporting modernization, and rolling out enterprise dashboards.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management, including presentations to Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Experienced in Agile program leadership managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Sound financial understanding of operational KPIs, manufacturing metrics, and business performance reporting.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, and cloud-based analytics environments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, QAD, Infor, Blue Yonder, etc.
- Exposure to Supply Chain Finance, Plant Controlling, Product Costing, or Operations Performance Reporting.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide reporting standardization or BI transformation programs.
