Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the smooth running of daily warehouse activities in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves overseeing warehouse operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient handling and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of everyday warehouse functions, ensuring all operations run seamlessly.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse personnel effectively.
• Oversee the accurate receiving, storage, and dispatching of products.
• Maintain meticulous inventory documentation and perform periodic stock audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to coordinate workflow.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and uphold warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security standards.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and safety protocols at all times.
• Manage paperwork including Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), invoices, delivery challans, and stock reports.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Address daily operational challenges and escalate issues to the Warehouse Manager as necessary.

Additional Information

This position helps support critical warehouse processes and requires proactive problem-solving and leadership skills. The role is located onsite in Indore.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this role ranges between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
