NORMAL is a young and vibrant Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. It has since expanded rapidly and now operates approximately 1000 stores across ten countries. The company is continuing its growth into Ireland and is looking to strengthen its team in Sligo.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to lead the store team, focusing on driving sales growth and maintaining high store standards. You will play a central role in delivering a memorable shopping experience to customers every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations and team leadership alongside the Store Manager.
• Take responsibility for sales results and uphold store presentation and merchandising standards.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Embrace leadership by example with positivity and initiative to implement ideas effectively.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, contributing to a collaborative and energetic workplace.

• Previous experience in a comparable retail role.
• Strong enthusiasm for store management and effective merchandising to sustain high standards.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, encouraging customers to return.

Additional Details

Interviews will be conducted continuously until the suitable candidate is identified. An annual salary of €38,000 is offered.
