About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to be part of our new Stradivarius store launch in Essen - Limbecker Platz. This is a permanent full-time position. Your role will focus on translating strategic plans into tangible daily outcomes within the store environment.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will connect people, business performance, and operational processes. You will lead teams, nurture talent, and ensure that the commercial objectives are actively pursued every day. Together with the Store Manager, you will make decisions, prioritize tasks, and continuously enhance store performance. Your impact will be evident through your team, floor presence, and sales results.

Qualifications

You understand that a successful store thrives where leadership provides clear direction and motivation has genuine influence. You keep a balanced focus on sales, customer service, and team morale.
