About the Role
Starbucks seeks Assistant Store Managers who are motivated by purpose and committed to leadership that benefits employees, customers, and communities worldwide. Candidate Profile
- At least two years of management experience in retail or customer service sectors.
- Proven organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments.
- Minimum education of High School diploma or GED credential.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and the ability to work full-time hours (often exceeding 40 weekly), including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected annual compensation for this position ranges from $56,000 to $66,500 CAD, commensurate with experience, skills, and internal positioning. Additional incentives such as bonuses and stock grants may be available.
