About the Role

Requirements

- Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Possession of legal documentation confirming identity and eligibility for employment in Canada.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours, frequently exceeding 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is typically between $56,000 and $66,500 CAD, adjusted based on market location, experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible employees may also participate in a bonus program and receive annual bean stock grants to reward their contributions.
