Position Overview

We are promptly recruiting for two Assistant Store Leader positions: one focusing on Mobile and the other on Sales. These roles involve leading and mentoring a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will be an integral part of the retail team, advancing your career while helping customers find the ideal products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage and energize your team to assist customers in selecting suitable products and services.
  • Foster an inclusive, educational, and enjoyable team atmosphere.
  • Manage store performance indicators, including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory status, and health and safety compliance.
  • Ensure the store maintains profitability through diligent profit and loss management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience leading a retail team comprising at least 20 members.
  • At least two years managing and analyzing operational expenses and revenues.
  • Consistent achievement and surpassing of sales targets.
  • Must be of legal age (18 or 19 depending on province) to process mobile activations.
