About the Role
Zeus Street Greek is built on bold food, memorable hospitality, and the idea that great meals bring people together. In this Assistant Restaurant Manager position, you’ll back up the Restaurant Manager with the smooth running of daily operations and help steer the team during busy service windows.
Your focus will be on lifting team performance, creating standout guest experiences, and supporting day-to-day control of labour, stock, and store finances. You’ll also help keep the energy high and deliver the signature Zeus Street Greek vibe across every shift.
What You’ll Help With
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily venue operations.
- Guiding the team through high-pressure, fast-moving service periods.
