Role Overview

As a crucial member of the Total Rewards team reporting to the Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive compensation and benefits lifecycle, while assisting in the execution and review of relevant initiatives and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual compensation review process that encompasses merit increments, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
  • Perform market salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys to guarantee external pay competitiveness.
  • Assist with salary package design and provide recommendations regarding hiring and transfers.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to recognize trends, ensure internal pay equity, and uphold consistency across the organization.
  • Manage benefits by liaising with providers, brokers, and external vendors to address issues and enhance service levels.
  • Support strategic HR projects and annual HR activities including benefit administration, performance evaluations, and compensation reviews.
  • Lead improvement efforts for HR policies and processes to boost efficiency and team effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or an allied discipline.
  • Experience spanning 5 to 8 years in HR, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on compensation and benefits.
  • Robust analytical abilities, project management skills, and effective communication.
  • Preferably familiar with Singapore's healthcare or community care sector and related funding frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong Excel capabilities.
  • Able to manage significant workloads, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to priorities that evolve.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and keen attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive data.
