Role overview

In this 2-year contract position, you will take charge of planning, coordinating, and delivering continuing education and training programmes. The role involves working closely with internal schools, industry partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth programme operations and a strong learner experience.

Programme management

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external parties such as corporate clients and industry collaborators, as well as internal schools and departments.
  • Support consistent, high-quality programme delivery that keeps participants satisfied.
  • Handle the full administrative cycle for short courses and customised training programmes.
  • Coordinate with sponsoring organisations, funding bodies, trainers, programme partners, and participants on all matters related to the programme.
  • Address enquiries from prospective learners and corporate customers in a service-oriented manner.
  • Keep programme information on the website, EDMs, and social media channels current and accurate.

Operational excellence

  • Prepare grant and programme reports accurately and submit them within the required timelines to the relevant agencies.
  • Oversee course funding, set-up, and operational processes from enquiry through enrolment and payment handling, including attendance and assessment updates in Skills Training and Enhancement Portal (STEP).
  • Resolve administrative concerns raised by applicants and participants.
  • Track attendance, assessment results, and administrative compliance with care and accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reconciliation reports and ensure training partners are paid on time.
  • Maintain compliance with institutional policies and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • A qualification in Business Administration, Education, or a closely related discipline, together with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong service mindset, the ability to work well with others, and the capacity to manage several programmes and clients at the same time, independently when needed.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
