About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the management of a single store. Your duties include recruiting, guiding, and overseeing staff to meet financial targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Desired Qualifications

Working Environment and Additional Information

Employees work in fast-paced, hot, and often noisy kitchen areas. Duties involve preparing hot and cold foods, handling kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives, and standing for extended periods (up to four hours). Lifting up to 50 lbs. and reaching across counters is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflict effectively are essential.
