What the job involves

The role is centered on helping customers access quality products that improve daily life while contributing to store growth and customer satisfaction. You will spend your day handling credit and collections, delivering strong service, supporting deliveries and pickups, and keeping the store well organized and presentable.

• Work daily with customer accounts to support collections and help drive revenue and growth.
• Deliver friendly, high-touch customer service in the store and in customers’ homes.
• Assist with safe loading, unloading, installation, and transportation of products while following required handling procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

Requirements

Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old. A valid state driver’s license and a good driving record are necessary because company vehicles will be driven as part of the job. The role also requires the ability to lift and move items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances, along with strong communication and customer service skills.
