Key duties
You will work alongside the Store Manager to help oversee station store activity. The job includes supporting hiring, supervising employees, guiding the team through daily work, handling bookkeeping, and assisting with merchandising. You will also help uphold service standards by delivering quick, friendly customer support and maintaining regular, dependable onsite attendance.
The food program is an important part of the operation, so you will also contribute to making sure those standards are met. The company is looking for someone who leads by example, shows patience and urgency, and brings strong leadership to the team.

- Occasional lifting and/or carrying of up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force
- Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift
- Ability to grasp, reach, and handle objects; this may involve eye-hand coordination and climbing a ladder to store, retrieve, or place materials and signs
