Team Environment

This role is part of the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program Office, which manages the worldwide implementation and enhancement of the IOSA Program. The office is expanding to develop a streamlined, fully-managed audit process internally, with a team committed to impactful contributions.

Role Overview

Joining as an Assistant Manager within the Audit Operations team reporting to the Manager Audit Operations, you will assist in delivering audits consistent with deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor deadlines associated with assigned audits.
  • Assist the Audit Operations Manager in follow-up activities by pre-screening evidence for corrective action closure.
  • Input and manage audit evidence within audit tracking software.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on audit reports.
  • Provide logistic support for audits when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a university degree in a pertinent discipline.
  • Have at least two years of experience in airline operations, including safety, auditing, quality control and assurance, and compliance tasks.
  • Familiarity with safety auditing principles and standards such as the IOSA Program, ICAO, EASA, and FAA regulations is preferable.
  • Demonstrated excellent English writing skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking paired with effective communication abilities.
  • Able to perform efficiently in demanding and international work settings.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in administration of programs is considered a plus.
