Role Overview

As an Assistant Fresh Department Manager at Woolworths Group, you will take a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the fresh produce department. Key Responsibilities

• Prioritise safety for both team members and customers by ensuring compliance with established safety processes within the store.

• Collaborate productively with colleagues across the store to contribute to a positive customer experience and a supportive workplace.
• Develop your leadership approach and aspire to grow into future leadership roles.
• Demonstrate a willingness to work flexibly across stores to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Working Hours

The role follows a four-day work week schedule with specific roster times:

• Tuesday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
