Be part of the founding team at Eden Academy Salisbury Heights as we prepare to open our new early childhood education centre. We are looking for two dedicated Certificate III Educators who are passionate about nurturing children's learning and development within a supportive, welcoming environment.

About Eden Academy Salisbury Heights

Our newly constructed centre accommodates 118 children, operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Features include natural play areas, spacious open-plan rooms flooded with natural light, and inspiring educational resources designed to foster growth and learning.

Your Profile

We seek enthusiastic educators holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent. You should have a positive outlook, a team-focused mindset, and genuinely care about building strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Required Qualifications and Credentials

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent accredited qualifications
• Current Working with Children Check
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards
• Legal authorization to work in Australia
• A professional and warm demeanor coupled with a collaborative spirit
• Ability to work five days a week across various shifts
• Two professional references, including one from a supervisor or manager in early childhood education
