About the Role

LeafSpring Schools is looking to hire a dedicated Assistant Director / Curriculum Coordinator at their Matthews, NC location. This full-time role is an essential member of the school leadership team, responsible for supporting day-to-day school operations, ensuring that curriculum is delivered effectively, coaching teachers, and enhancing family engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational activities and serve as acting director when needed.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive coaching to teaching staff.

Qualifications
