About the Role
We seek a skilled Area Manager to supervise several restaurant outlets within a dynamic and expanding business setting. This position emphasizes operational excellence, robust financial outcomes, and maintaining a superior level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding teams, enhancing performance, and promoting the ongoing expansion of the company.
Key Duties
- Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure uniformity and operational effectiveness.
- Guarantee adherence to operational protocols, food safety regulations, and applicable local laws.
- Carry out routine store inspections, audits, and evaluations to sustain elevated operational quality.
- Boost revenue streams and profitability at each venue by meeting sales objectives and key performance indicators.
- Oversee profit and loss statements, control budgets, and introduce cost-reduction strategies.
- Develop a culture anchored in high performance, responsibility, engagement, and ongoing enhancement.
- Ensure that brand identity and customer service standards are consistently met throughout all sites.
Candidate Profile
- Substantial experience managing multiple sites in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operational processes, financial oversight, and P&L management.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of team management and development.
- In-depth awareness of food safety and compliance mandates.
- Strong business insight demonstrated by successful sales growth and profit delivery.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
