Role Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of various architectural elements including finishes, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors, windows, and façades
• Ensure construction activities adhere to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements
• Review and confirm material approvals; guarantee only authorized materials are utilized onsite
• Inspect mock-ups and finished work prior to approval and handover processes
• Detect defects, non-compliances, and quality issues; issue inspection and non-conformance reports as needed
• Oversee corrective action processes and verify remedy of identified deficiencies
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical and quality-related concerns
• Witness architectural site tests and inspections to verify compliance
• Maintain precise inspection records, daily reports, and photo documentation
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental requirements during inspection activities
• Participate in project meetings providing inspection status updates and quality performance feedback
• Support project handover, snagging, and final inspection phases as required

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience conducting architectural inspections on building construction projects
• Prior experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is advantageous
• Knowledge of local building codes and international construction quality standards
