Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager (Architect) in building construction, you will independently oversee high-rise and interior projects through all phases, ensuring effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-rise and interior construction projects independently, coordinating closely with project leadership.
- Contribute to ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate communications and agreements with architects, specialist planners, authorities, general contractors, and other project parties.
- Support tendering, awarding, and controlling of construction services.
- Participate in contract and additional claim management processes.
- Prepare project reports and assist project controlling activities.
- Guarantee compliance with statutory, technical, and quality requirements.
- Engage actively in process and project workflow improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Completed architectural degree.
- Sound knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and basic public and private construction law.
- Several years of professional experience in project management, project steering, or construction supervision within building construction.
- Preferably experienced in commercial or residential structural engineering.
- Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and AVA software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, independent working style.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with diverse project stakeholders.
