A prominent design, construction, and finishing firm in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a skilled Architect to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience combined with a dynamic presence suitable for media engagement and company representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing project management ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
• Manage and supervise construction sites with direct oversight of on-ground activities.
• Coordinate the workflow among various technical teams involved in projects.
• Interpret architectural drawings accurately and implement detailed architectural elements on-site.
• Lead teams with effective communication and management skills.
• Engage proactively in creating marketing content for social media platforms, such as explaining finished projects, conducting site visit presentations, and educating about engineering and construction topics.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• More than 6 years of professional experience in the Qatari construction industry.
• Expertise in finishing projects and site management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities alongside excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable appearing publicly and contributing to the company’s marketing efforts via social media engagement.
