About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Arabic (Saudi) Voice Actor to join a remote team on a contractual basis. This role involves contributing native Saudi Arabic audio recordings and transcriptions to support the creation of authentic language learning materials. As an essential member, you will help enrich multilingual resources by providing precise and culturally accurate voice samples from your location anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Produce various audio phrases in the Saudi Arabic dialect using your own recording equipment.
- Submit clear and precise transcriptions corresponding to the recorded audio to maintain linguistic accuracy and cultural authenticity.
- Work collaboratively with the team remotely by following instructions, sharing updates, and delivering assignments on schedule.
- Maintain professional communication both verbally and in writing throughout all stages of the project.
- Manage deadlines effectively while balancing priorities within a flexible part-time work framework.
- Ensure all language use reflects genuine Saudi dialect expressions.
- Encourage variety in audio submissions by utilizing different recording devices like microphones or smartphones as available.
Qualifications and Skills
- Native proficiency in Saudi Arabic including a comprehensive grasp of local dialects and cultural context.
- Fluent communication abilities in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken skills.
- Proven experience accurately transcribing spoken language into written form efficiently.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, part-time position.
- Meticulous attention to linguistic detail and consistent quality assurance in work output.
- Ability to operate diverse audio recording equipment without quality restrictions.
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in English, to understand project instructions and collaborate with the team.
Preferred Experience
- Background in language education, linguistics, or translation services.
- Familiarity with language-related technology or learning platforms.
- Experience providing high-grade audio and textual language content on digital platforms.
Compensation
Payment ranges between 30 to 65 USD for each completed task.
