Role Overview
This position is for a Customer Care Executive supporting an inbound US chat process with a strong emphasis on sales and upselling. The role focuses on providing excellent service to customers in the United States while also identifying opportunities to promote products and services that can help drive revenue growth.
You will serve as the initial contact point for customers reaching out through chat. Your responsibility will be to understand their concerns, respond to questions clearly, and guide them toward relevant products or services when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through inbound chat for a US-based audience.
Address customer questions promptly and accurately while maintaining a helpful and professional tone.
Identify customer interest and convert conversations into product or service sales where suitable.
Support upselling efforts by highlighting relevant offerings and benefits.
Ensure each customer receives a positive experience and clear resolution to their queries.
