Role Description

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily maintenance, inspection, and repair of machinery and equipment, working full-time in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some remote activities. The individual will conduct periodic inspections, troubleshoot faults, perform timely repairs, and ensure proper mechanical system functionality. Responsibilities include using diagnostic tools, maintaining technical reports, and working closely with the team to schedule downtimes and interventions. Additionally, the role involves supporting continuous process improvements and contributing to operational safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in maintenance and preventive maintenance with a focus on effective planning and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Proven experience in mechanical systems maintenance and repair, capable of performing effective interventions and documenting performed tasks.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery handling, including safe operation, assembly, and disassembly of complex components.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills to quickly identify fault causes and implement suitable technical solutions.
• Technical diploma or professional certification in mechanical fields is advantageous, along with knowledge of safety standards, ability to read technical drawings, diagnostic tool usage, and a team-oriented attitude in an international setting.
