About the Role

We serve both domestic and international markets with high-quality aviation services.

We are looking for dedicated Aircraft Groomers to join our team in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Aircraft Groomers are essential in ensuring aircraft are thoroughly cleaned, properly stocked, and ready for departure, thereby contributing to a comfortable and secure travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare aircraft interiors between flights to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Stock the aircraft cabin with required supplies according to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of aircraft exteriors.
• Perform detailed cleaning of aircraft galleys, lavatories, and cabin areas.
• Remove all trash and debris from the aircraft.
• Vacuum and mop aircraft floors.
• Contribute to hangar cleanliness and ensure availability of grooming supplies.
• Keep ramp and supply areas free of trash and clutter.
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness efficiently, often under strict time limitations.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies and practices to sustain a safe environment.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints to meet aircraft departure schedules.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining motivated.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and exposed to elevated noise levels within aircraft environments.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Completion of High School education.
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to obtain security clearance based on five years of employment and criminal record checks.
