Role Overview
RemoteVA is looking for a proactive virtual assistant to help manage Airbnb and Vrbo listings. The role focuses on keeping property listings performing well, handling guest interactions, and updating pricing so the listings remain competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Airbnb and Vrbo operations and keep all listings current and well-optimized for visibility.
- Handle guest questions and booking-related tasks smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain clear, timely, professional, and personalized communication with guests.
- Track pricing on the platforms and make adjustments to support both competitiveness and profitability.
- Review market movements and competitor rates to shape effective pricing decisions.
Requirements
- Prior exposure to Airbnb and/or Vrbo property management is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a guest-focused approach.
- Comfort working independently while coordinating several listings at the same time.
- Understanding of pricing methods and market research practices.
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and related tools such as Airbnb and Vrbo.
- Well-developed organizational habits and strong attention to detail.
