Job Overview

As an AI Trainer and Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of advanced AI models by providing high-quality, real-world data and insightful evaluations. This contract position involves remote work, contributing to the accuracy and effectiveness of AI systems across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated outputs using established scoring rubrics across a variety of subjects.
• Annotate and label datasets to support improvements in AI model precision and dependability.
• Ensure content reviewed is relevant, coherent, and factually correct through meticulous attention to detail.
• Offer clear, constructive feedback to guide AI model refinement efforts.
• Work collaboratively with client teams to understand guidelines and help refine evaluation rubrics.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all annotations and evaluations performed.
• Perform detailed critical analysis of complex topics spanning business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal sectors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Sharp eye for detail and commitment to accurate data annotation and content review.
• Strong critical reading and analytical abilities, with proficiency in applying detailed rubrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey nuanced feedback.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience in content evaluation or scoring large volumes of data using specific criteria.
• Prior involvement in AI training, machine learning data labeling, or similar areas is highly desirable.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Experience

• Educational or professional background in business, finance, legal, marketing, healthcare, or research.
• Hands-on experience with AI training, human-in-the-loop systems, or AI content quality control.
• Knowledge of standard annotation tools or AI evaluation software platforms.
