Role Overview

As an AI Specialist & Enablement Manager, you will lead the advancement of AI integration within our company by designing workflows that enhance efficiency, creativity, and scalability. You'll analyze client projects to pinpoint opportunities where AI can deliver measurable benefits, spanning from content creation to automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop prompts, templates, and actionable use cases for direct application by clients in their daily operations.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and internal teams on the strategic use of contemporary AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Make/n8n.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to elevate the AI competencies of both employees and clients.
• Perform comparative analyses of AI tools, evaluate new software, and implement optimal solutions in company and customer projects.
• Document AI best practices and establish a comprehensive AI knowledge repository for both clients and team members.
• Act as a strategic consultant and discussion partner for company leadership and clients to leverage AI effectively and profitably.

Candidate Profile

• Passion for AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies, maintaining current knowledge in these areas.
• Proficient experience with AI applications and a strong capability to create effective prompts that simplify complex workflows.
• Deep understanding of digital workflows, marketing, and content creation processes.
• Combination of analytical acumen, creativity, and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Enthusiastic about coaching and guiding clients and teams to make AI tangible and accessible.
• Skilled at clearly communicating technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Educational background including a completed degree, relevant training, or practical experience in the AI field.
