Role Summary
This position as an AI Research Scientist offers an opportunity to push the frontiers of artificial intelligence by developing innovative AI models and infrastructure. The role is remote, allowing work from any location, and is a full-time commitment. Compensation ranges from $600,000 to $2,000,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive research and development activities focusing on frontier AI models with an emphasis on scalability and operational efficiency.
- Design and enhance large-scale systems for AI model training and inference.
- Work closely with diverse teams to incorporate AI models into production pipelines.
- Assess and compare emerging AI methodologies against current state-of-the-art benchmarks.
- Publish research outcomes and participate actively in the AI research community.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or related disciplines.
- Experience handling large-scale distributed computing systems and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of GPU/TPU acceleration techniques and high-performance computing environments.
- Capability to architect and implement novel algorithms for efficient AI model training and inference.
