Compensation

The package includes a base salary plus variable bonus.

Role overview

This opening is for a Senior Associate to Assistant Manager level AI Product Manager. The role focuses on shaping and delivering AI-powered products and internal solutions with a high degree of ownership and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI product delivery, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Create quick working demos and prototypes using AI development tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Assess business problems and decide the right technical direction, whether that means large language models, traditional machine learning, AI agents, or a blended approach.
• Balance product and engineering trade-offs across retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, tool use, and solution cost.
• Build AI-first user experiences such as chat-based interfaces, copilots, and fallback flows that involve human review when needed.
• Lead internal productivity and efficiency initiatives with substantial autonomy, collaborating closely with the executive team to improve how the organisation operates.

Experience and requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, startup environments, or founder-style roles, with a demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to launch.
• Practical experience delivering enterprise AI applications or LLM-based products, including chat, copilot, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agent workflows.
• A strong builder mentality and willingness to ship early prototypes quickly using code, no-code tools, or AI-assisted development methods.
• Comfort working in ambiguous AI environments and the ability to create dependable systems through structured testing, evaluation, and fallback design.
• Mandarin Chinese language ability is required because the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
