Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer Manager specializing in Microsoft technologies to lead the conceptualization and execution of AI solutions, particularly agent-based systems leveraging Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel using Python or C#.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Manage development of intelligent agents with Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel.
• Architect scalable, high-performing AI solutions that align with enterprise standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for AI project teams, maintaining high-quality output.
• Lead team management activities including task assignment, resource allocation, performance evaluation, and process optimization.
• Ensure teams have access to required resources and support to achieve organizational goals effectively.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficient with Copilot Studio and AI agent development frameworks.
• Expertise in Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel using Python or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI/machine learning services.
• Strong knowledge of agent-based architectures, orchestration, and integration techniques.
• Exceptional skills in leading design efforts and guiding teams on AI best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Collaborative work approach with cross-functional teams for AI solution integration within enterprises.
• Thorough understanding of enterprise security policies and governance in AI implementations.
• Capable of working effectively in distributed onshore-offshore delivery setups.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience supporting large scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of deployment cycles, release management, and testing methodologies.
• Exposure to varied industries or complex business contexts.

Eligibility and Professional Background

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of total professional experience, including at least 1 year specifically in AI or agent-based solution delivery. Experience in client-facing consulting or large enterprise delivery projects is expected. Educational qualifications should include a BE, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or related degrees. Microsoft AI certifications are advantageous.
