Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Growth Department by managing and driving metrics related to user expansion.
• Identify and seize diverse growth opportunities within the exchange sector, focusing on expanding channels to promote user acquisition.
• Maintain robust relationships and operational processes with partner channels, driving channel growth and addressing any challenges encountered collaboratively.
• Execute assigned performance goals aligned with prevailing market conditions and company strategies.
• Engage actively in industry events to spot new opportunities for user growth and to source innovative cooperative resources.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years' experience in internet product growth or channel development, preferably within blockchain, finance, or internet product user growth domains.
• Ability to attentively understand customer needs and continuously seek user growth strategies considering user expansion and channel management viewpoints.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective coordination with international partners and understanding of the Chinese market.
• A strong internal drive, high responsibility, resilience under pressure, and excellent capacity to coordinate cross-departmentally.
