Adobe Analytics Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Developer with at least five years of hands-on expertise to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on implementing and enhancing Adobe Analytics solutions to support data-driven strategies and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the Changi App's business logic and technical frameworks thoroughly.
• Comprehend the functional and business needs that the Adobe Analytics tracking aims to fulfill.
• Review the design and Tag Management System (TMS) to formulate effective technical solutions for comprehensive tag management.
• Plan and execute Adobe Analytics tagging implementations, including:
• Identifying key user interactions such as clicks, form submissions, and downloads with guidance from CAG.
• Defining event or parameter names, labels, and values to capture essential data points.
• Utilizing custom variables to gather extra relevant user and session information.
• Ensuring implementation consistency aligned with existing standards for seamless referencing.
• Configuring the AA Report Suite with necessary settings like processing rules, variable creation, and workspace dashboard development.
• Producing detailed implementation plans outlining required tracking codes for the Changi App frontend developers.
• Collaborating closely with frontend developers through iterative sprint cycles until tracking is fully implemented and accepted.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of AA tracking across multiple browsers, devices, and scenarios using debugging and developer tools to validate correct tag firing and data collection accuracy.

Additional Information

• Work location is in Singapore with mandatory presence at the office.
• The role demands close collaboration with CAG stakeholders and adherence to development deadlines.
