Overview
The Admission Officer role at Quantean involves actively contributing to the company's sales objectives by promoting and selling its exclusive education courses. This position requires engagement with both prospective and existing students to facilitate admissions and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation by consistently working to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Engage in selling, up-selling, and cross-selling the organization's specialized educational programs to potential and current students.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions, directly impacting sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records by updating student information within the lead management system and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance.
- Comply with all internal processes and adhere to compliance standards.
