About the Role
Become a pivotal member of the Google Research team as an Administrative Business Partner, managing core business operations and helping your team maintain focus on key initiatives. This position is vital in resolving operational and administrative challenges proactively, utilizing your strong organizational skills, business judgment, and effective communication to support a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update calendars and schedule meetings for executives or teams with moderate guidance.
- Handle expense report processing and related financial documentation with some supervision.
- Evaluate office space requirements and collaborate on solutions.
- Organize and oversee events and programs, coordinating logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform travel arrangement duties and coordinate itineraries efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative roles within technology or international organizations performing tasks such as travel management, expense handling, calendar coordination, and facilities support.
- Preferred: Minimum 3 years supporting executive-level management, plus experience managing small projects and events from conception through completion.
- Highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction across all organizational levels.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and proficiency with Google products and services.
Additional Information
This position is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship. Google offers competitive compensation ($79,000 to $112,000 per year) plus a 15% target bonus, equity packages, and comprehensive benefits.
