Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s daily operations, with tasks spanning HR support, recruitment coordination, customer and client communications, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role is designed to uphold high standards of operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality within the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including identifying potential candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and keeping up-to-date recruitment records.
- Assist the HR department by addressing employee queries, updating payroll information, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for absences, bonuses, and evaluations.
- Respond to employee grievances and handle employee-related documentation in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including Philippine POLO requirements.
- Supervise day-to-day call center activities, ensuring prompt, effective, and supportive customer service.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns, striving for immediate and satisfactory outcomes.
- Foster ongoing communication with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to any obstacles encountered.
- Monitor and document feedback from both clients and employees, ensuring consistent follow-up and satisfaction.
Compensation Details
The starting salary for this full-time, onsite role in Doha, Qatar is between 3,000 and 3,500 QAR per month.
