Role overview
Mad Mex is looking for a part-time Admin Assistant & Office All-Rounder to help keep the Sydney Support Office running smoothly behind the scenes. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys variety, and naturally steps in to help where needed. The role is based in Sydney, NSW and works three days a week from Monday to Wednesday, reporting to the Integrator.

What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, including coordination of meetings and preparation of business documents.
- Maintain an organised and professional office environment by welcoming visitors, handling supplies, organising couriers, and keeping shared areas ready for use.
- Support onboarding activities, team celebrations, events, and broader culture-building initiatives to help create a positive employee experience.
- Assist with projects and take on additional tasks as needed to support day-to-day business operations.
What you should bring
- Strong organisational ability and careful attention to detail.
- A self-starting approach with the flexibility to manage several priorities at once.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build working relationships easily.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to get involved wherever required.
- Availability to work from Monday through Wednesday.
Additional information
Experience in hospitality or Quick Service Restaurants would be viewed positively, and prior exposure to Mad Mex is considered an added advantage.
