Ad Operations Specialist (Retail Media)

Overview

Snoonu in Lusail, Qatar, is looking for a meticulous Ad Operations Specialist focused on executing retail media advertising campaigns with precision. Reporting to the Media Coordinator, this role involves managing the technical setup, trafficking, and ensuring quality assurance of ads according to leadership strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and deploy advertising campaigns across Snoonu’s platform inventory, including banners and sponsored products, strictly adhering to media plans.
• Confirm that all creative materials comply with technical standards and policy requirements prior to going live.
• Manage daily operations of the retail media technology stack backend.
• Track active campaigns daily to ensure they are achieving the targeted impression and click goals.
• Produce raw performance data reports for review by the Lead Media Coordinator.
• Promptly report any technical or delivery issues to management.

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (native or fluent proficiency mandatory).
• Proficient in using Ad Servers or Campaign Management tools.
• Detail-oriented, respects organizational hierarchy and processes, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with auction-based or sponsored listing platforms, such as Topsort, is a significant advantage.
