Role Overview
Synechron is hiring immediately for an Acquiring Business Analyst in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time onsite opportunity for an experienced professional with 7 to 15 years of background, and the expected notice period is immediate to 30 days.

What You Will Do
You will serve as a senior business analyst specializing in cards and payments, with a strong focus on acquiring, authorization processing, and payment switching platforms. The position calls for someone who can analyze business needs, shape solution direction, and support delivery in complex payment environments.
- Collect, document, and confirm business requirements across payment platforms and related systems.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to keep requirements and outcomes aligned.
- Convert business needs into functional specifications and help define solution design.
- Support engineering teams during development, testing, and deployment to enable smooth delivery.
- Bring subject matter expertise in acquiring, authorization, and switching to guide decisions.
- Spot process inefficiencies and recommend ways to improve workflow and system performance.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should bring proven business analysis experience within the cards and payments sector, along with a solid understanding of acquiring, authorization processing, and payment switching. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder coordination abilities are essential, as is the ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, fast-moving settings.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline is required.
Soft Skills
You should be comfortable leading conversations, collaborating across teams, working under pressure, meeting demanding deadlines, and maintaining a positive, committed approach.
