About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable professional to join a welcoming and supportive finance team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on position where you will have full responsibility for essential accounts payable activities, such as invoice handling, payment processing, reconciliations, and addressing supplier inquiries, while also assisting the broader finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Accounts Payable cycle efficiently within a dynamic finance team
- Handle large volumes of invoices, execute payment runs, and conduct supplier reconciliations
- Collaborate with multiple business entities and develop strong relationships with internal partners
- Support month-end closing tasks and ensure financial records are precise and up to date
- Participate actively as part of a supportive and energetic permanent team
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing the full end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Able to accurately and swiftly process a high volume of invoices
- Exposure to managing accounts payable across multiple entities or business units is advantageous
- Skilled in supplier reconciliations, managing payment runs, and resolving queries confidently
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organizational capabilities
- Capability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP or other complex ERP systems is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to nurture relationships with key stakeholders
